Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Be in their original condition
- Have original tags attached (if applicable)
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items if:
- The wrong size was ordered
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The incorrect item was received
Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance items marked as non-returnable
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was damaged upon arrival
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product is defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as DOVOS cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
